This commentator needs to shut the fk up, crying that we beat Watford

The NBC co-commentator?

Tony Gale has been lambasting us all afternoon and has been fuming ever since we scored.

He has always had an axe to grind against us.

Glad I am not the only one who noticed how much Anti Arsenal the commentator was and kept propping Watford and Deeny.

Deeney clatters into Mustafi with a stretched leg = "harsh call by the referee to give a foul".

Torreira catches Deeney in a similar fashion, drones on about how deserved the yellow card was.

Deeney clatters into Torreira who was clearing the ball, calls Torreira a diver who ''intentionally kicked out his leg so that Deeney would catch him''. :dizzy:

Very sour grapes, damn.

good post. that announcer was fecking ridonkulous. phukkin smelly t w aaaaaaaaaaaaattt!

It sounds even worse in retrospect ffs

What the f**k is wrong with Tony gale. How the hell has he seen that as a calculated foul by torriera loool the replay should have cleared that up straight off and he could have kept quiet but no, he had to power through with his bullshit.

We need a baller. The team is missing a damn good dribbler who really takes on defenders by running at them with trickery.

No Pogba please.

Watching Liverpool and Chelsea game, couldnt help but realize how outmatched we are. We need many seasons (and possibly many managers....owners) until we get to that level.

.....but I could be wrong...as I always am!!!!

Just got home and here’s my thoughts on the game:

Watford were huge and very strong and muscled us around like men v boys.

We had no creativity, when once we used to try and play down the middle, we are now incapable and just send the ball wide for hopeful crosses.

Auba was not in the game and looked a peripheral player. Xhaka is indeed crap!

Holding looked very good despite his 5/10 rating on Sky ffs!

We could easily have lost 2-0, but was great to see us ride our luck and win.

Therefore, another win but nothing to get excited about.

The fact that Tony Gale thinks that was a booking (a second yellow and a sending off no less).... for Torreira!!!!!!... tells you everything you need to know about his awful bias. Just enjoy that he was so upset about it.
We've got our Arsenal back

Other gems from Gale during the match included:

Blamed Cech’s hamstring injury on “goalkeepers being active these days”
Slammed Mesut Ozil for not tracking back just before Ozil wins the ball back
Called Gray tracking back “brilliant to see” and Lacazette doing the same Arsenal in “full defensive mode”
Repeatedly talked about Sucess hitting the post even though he clearly missed the post
“Watford are being really physical here, Arsenal aren’t used to teams being physical with them”
Claimed defenders only passed back to goalkeepers because they are insecure in their own passing ability
Said Troy Deeney ‘almost got through there’ despite being surrounded by five defenders and going nowhere
Claimed Gareth Southgate disrespected Troy Deeney for not calling him up but had nothing to say about Deeney slating Welbeck’s England selection, despite the Arsenal man having a far better record.
Made no mention of Will Hughes 500 fouls that went without a card
