He's sometimes like Stepanovs but yesterday he was like Adams.

alexis2015finalgoal wrote:he's only ever gonna be a back up at the club. Gab and Saliba are two near elite CBs, and arguably the best CB partnership in the world, let alone the PL.

But he did well last night. very well. Kept Mbappe under lock, the budding GOAT. Vini was nowhere. Belliani was lost. Modric was moving like he was in the 5-2 loss he played in for Spurs years ago.
And all in large part down to him.

Bottom line is we need a squad, so whether he is a starter or not, makes no difference

If Kiwior keeps performing at a high level, it'll become difficult to bench him. No matter who he's replaced. That's football, that's called competition. The in-form player will get the nod.

Jake is alright in my book... he's not an "A" player... but he defo isn't shit either ( who was it said that? DG?)

he's a solid squaddie

Deserves more time, his wages are a pittance compared to everybody else and we need bodies at the back instead of more vanity LBs

Exactly why we are where we are, Ode walked back into a squad and benched someone on fire, the manager has not learnt to pick on form and it still goes on

Superb in both games. He has stepped up big time. We've another topper in our defense!

This is why we bought him in the first place. As Gabriel's back up. Since Gabriel rarely gets injured, Kiwior often plays out of position. I think most of his mistakes came from it. His worse mistakes was in that one time he played as a right back. He's only 23 years old at that moment. At this time I would only sell him for a good price.

Agreed 100%. He needs games, but when he gets a run he is a top man.

Why should we sell him? We will have competition in the squad. We had terrible injury crisis, so it absolutely welcome that he has risen another level.

I was talking about the worst case scenario. Even in January, a lot of our fans wanted him out for peanuts. Off course, I personally won't sell him.
