Shoot. It would appear that we have no fit wingers. Gnabers will be f***ked after ET vs WBA. Time for a Christmas-tree methinks :sneaky2:

Szczesny
Sagna Mertesacker Koscielny Gibbs
Arteta - Flamini - Ramsey
Özil - Wilshere
Giroud
Leno
Bellerin Sokratis Holding Tierney
Ceballos - Torriera - Özil
Pépé - - Lacazette - - Auba

Could always go down the emergency loan route. I wonder if Mr Pires is available....

I'm sure Gnabry will be fine, albeit a bit tired. I'd expect Ryo to replace him at some point.

If Rosicky, Ozil and Carzola happened to be on the field at the same time, i wouldnt even be able to follow what was happening with the ball.

We'll see soon enough.

I just hope don't bounce back from their midweek defeat.

Remember, the foreigners have got Europa League and I think they might actually try to do well in that so I think it is likely they might pay less attention to the league.

I think Mitchu will play. AS long as mertz isn't too tired i think we'll hold up well at the back.

They rested most of their key players on Wednesday and their Europa League fixture is 5 days after their game against us, so plenty of time for their players to recover plus it's against St Gallen, not exactly the toughest of opponents. Williams is coming back from injury meaning all of their players will be available on Saturday. We can expect a full-strength Swansea side, that's a certainty.

I would rather play Ramsey on the right with Arteta partnering Flamini in the middle than play Gnabry. I would like Gnabry on the bench as sub though. Despite their cup defeat Swansea are a tough team to beat especially in their own backyard. Clarke is an awfully good manager who knows how to get the best out of his men and does his home work well. Ramsey would do better than Gnabry would on the right hand side imo on account of his experience and the goal scoring mood he is in.

...............Giroud..................

Wilshere......Ozil..........Ramsey

...........Arteta...Flamini...........

Gibbs....Kos......Merts........Sagna

..............Szczesny..................

Although I see where your going trying to get the best players on the pitch its a little toothless especially if Giroud is having a bad day.

Then again its not like Ramsey isn't scoring? could be worth a shot our reserves were way to poor to play in the PL.

I actually agree with this lineup. I don't think Gnabry will be of much use to us after playing 120 minutes midweek. Although, I fear for our chances against Napoli because I feel Swansea are going o make us work for the three points and the team that plays against Swansea will most likely be the team that plays against Napoli. Testing times ahead
Ramsdale
(Turner/Hein)
White Saliba Gabriel Zinchenko
(Tomiyasu/Niles) (Timber/Holding) (Trusty/Kiwior) (Tierney/Tavares)
Odegaard(c) —- Rice
(Xhaka/Lokonga) —- (Partey/Elneny)
Havertz
(Jorginho/Vieira)
Saka Jesus Martinelli
(Pepe/Nelson) (Nketiah/Balogun) (Trossard/ESR)
