"Without wanting to sound like moral preachers, we'd like to remind English fans that complaining about high-priced tickets etc. on internet forums is not enough.

:rofll: :rofll: :rofll:

Germans as moral preachers...as if.

The group ended their statement with an additional jibe at the Gunners crowd, stating: "On a brighter note, the Bayern fans turned the away game into a home game through their fantastic support and with the help of a largely quiet English crowd, which may have been dazzled by the biggest pyro show in the history of English football (as the players walked onto the pitch)."

I'm guessing they were at a different game than starman who swore up and down that it was as loud as ever at the game

Well germans are known for lying, they picked it up last time they tried to morally preach and look what happened. 70 years and it's still stuck in their ways.

While I agree with the sentiment, we can't allow a bunch of germans mock us or post lies about our fans. I'd recommend a banner in the return leg along the lines of "Bayern: Hitler's favourite club" (as the Nazi party was founded and mostly based in Munich)

Tell me about it. Can not be having that from a bunch of Germans. And you should hear what every other club from the Bundesliga thinks of Bayern's fans, they're the equivalent of Man United.

Munich here. Please continue to give us information on your banner in Munich, so we can prepare adequately.

Quick info on the Nazi era, which - yes, you're right - started in Munich: After Bayern won their first title in 1932 under the jewish president Kurt Landauer, the NSDAP chose 1860 Munich over Bayern and forced many of Bayern's jewish players into exil. The club and its supporter groups nowadays are largely left-wing and work against discrimination. So, that banner wouldn't really work.

Btw, don't take the banner too badly. It wasn't exactly meant to be poisonous. Take the advice and do something about your shit atmosphere.

Not really. Everyone would laugh at your pathetic attempt to retaliate.

Apart from the fact you guys aren't organised well enough to get the banner into the stadium.

You have the worst atmosphere in the Bundesliga whilst having the second highest capacity. Sound familiar.... glass houses.

Depends who'd make that comparison. Having Arsène Wenger say such a thing would perhaps anger a fair few in the stands.

If you guys make the comparison, I doubt anyone would mind.

You must have overlooked the fact that the banner was presented by an international fan group whose objective it is to integrate foreigners into the Bayern supporters scene. All the ultras groups are left-wing and such a banner (which again, you'd fail to get into the stadium anyways) would most likely get the media enjoying your failure to acquire even an ounce of knowledge on the topic before presenting such a banner.

We will see about that one. Do please continue to file through information on what you'll be upto. Perhaps there'll even be a bit of time to play before and after the game.
