I still think Schwarzer is coming, if the deal was dead Hughes would be telling the world

He's got years left in him. Age seems to mean nothing in his case, he's a robot. Broke his arm and played a couple days later. Had a stomach operation after the WC and still played pre-season!

Wouldn't have years if he played for Arsenal, Wenger would tell him he's past it. :lol:

Oh how I wish he was past it. =(

I might prefer a try with this guy next week over Kos, just to see how it goes.

May the legacy of extraordinary CB's carry on.

IMF = Nostradamus

Does anyone know how long Squillaci's contract runs for?

IF its proper longterm like the initial articles said, Wenger probably aint going to get rid of him anytime soon.

Bugger.

Bargain...
No nonsense...
Kicks the sh*t out of strikers...
Battle worn...
A fighter....
A warrior...

Just some of the superlatives used in describing our streetfighter Tonto Squillaci...

Arsene: "Okay lads, lets warm up with a quick game of 'Squillaci versus...'

lol, this is like at school where the uncool kid was forced to play on a team of his own and just ran around like a headless chicken whilst everyone just passed the ball around him! Kids can be dicks sometimes :)
