Can't believe you're happy with your group! You'll probably win it, though :disgust:

I love sexy football. I think Germany and Holland will top it but I dont care that much if we will go out.
:)

We all do! We are Arsenal fans after all ;)
You don't care if you go out? I think you secretly support England :smartass:

Nope I do not really care. I usually support the team that plays the game in the sexiest way or a team that really gets my sympathy. For Example in the euro championship in 2008, I supported Spain(although Holland played very well too, when we hammered italy 3-0). That spain team with in 2008 with Villa, torres, fabregas, senna was a real joy to watch. The last worldchampionship i didnt support Holland because I didnt like the way we played(2 DM's, far too defense) so i didnt wanted to win it. I was 'heartbroken' though when Ghana got out by penalties.

Me too :(
Do you share that logic with club football as well?

Sort of. I love this club for the kind of football we play.
I will never stop supporting the Arsenal but if we start playing anti football(under another manager perhaps), then i would seriously hate it. There are not many teams that play as beautyful as we do so I dont really support another team.
Although they are pricks, i still enjoy watching barca at times, just because of the way they play.

For sure.

Tough group indeed

When did Messi become Portuguese?

I wanted to put the second best player in the world but that would ruin the joke. Perhaps I should have put best divers in the world.

Im fully expecting France to improve by the time the tournament comes around, and Sweeden are never a push over.

It's certainly not an easy group, but I think we're lucky that it's a bit of an inbetween group that'll keep the team on their toes.
Too hard and we go out.
Too easy and we get cocky and overconfident, lose to shite teams, and we go out.

That article is skewed. I saw Wenger being asked on SSN and what he actually said was there is a danger of young players being rushed into big tournaments etc after some performances, and that they should be let to progress rather than being enshrined far too soon.

Guess it would be easier than a loan period and he could only learn from it but I doubt he'll get called up.

Wilshere should go to the Olympics then instead. I'm sure Wenger would love that! ;)
