Gerrard is injured too so who would you give it too? JT is the best CB and will play in the Euro's so it makes sense.

Lansbury may be a bit young, but the rest are all ready. Maybe take out Lansbury for Milner.

That team could qualify, and that's all it's about. Like I said, use 2012 as practice for 2014. Most of those players have 10 years or more left in them.

You're not good enough! :bah:

Like I said, Milner in for Lansbury and that team suddenly looks a lot more experienced and in my opinion would be able to qualify. The back 5 is inexperienced but good enough, Milner is more often than not England's best player (form-wise), Wilshere's pretty much a starter judging from what Capello said, Adam Johsnon is arguably Englands only consistent natural winger, Theo has goals in him... the only big question mark would be over Rodwell, but anyone who watches football knows that he's about 5 minutes away from a starting place in the international set-up.

Hart
Johnson Cahill Dawson Gibbs
Rodwell
Johnson Wilshere Milner
Rooney Theo

Our "Golden Generation" Gerrard, Lampard and the rest are a complete waste of space and have done sweet f**k all at international level. They need to move over and let younger, hungrier players shine. Terry and Ferdinhand are the obvious choice for CB's but they're currently dying of old age.

Actually, maybe Parker at DMF.

Parker
Johnson Wilshere Milner

That IS England's best midfield, no questions!

Me and my mate said during the match against denmark that we was alot better in the 2nd half without Rooney and Lampard, Parker showed energy so we wanted to see:

Parker Wilshere
Theo/Johnson Young Milner
Bent

I've never been a massive fan of Young, I always thought it'd be just a matter of time before he's exposed (whether it be at international level or in Europe) but I remember he did really well playing cantrally against Denmark... good shout!

Not sure with the selecting Gibbs over Cole thing. In time yes but not for a few more years yet.

As for JT, I'm happy. Should never of lost it!

Hart
Richards - Dawson - Terry - Cole
Huddlestone - Rodwell
Theo - Wilshere - Johnson
Rooney

Richards has been awesome as of late for City I think, put in a couple of MOTM performances.
Huddlestone can sit and ping it about.
Rodwell can do all the running.
The others for obvious reasons.

If James Milner is in your best midfield you're well and truly f***ked.
