Hence why I say Arteta managed him poorly, we had to wait until game 19 - halfway through the season, before we saw Nwaneri get proper minutes.

If you are good enough to force first team minutes , you get them.
It's always been as simple as that.

Nwaneri was at a higher stage of development, hence why he got brought into the first team from the previous season and hence why he was getting first team minutes at the start of the season, albeit measley, but MLS wasn't really getting any.

In that 7 league game spell when Odegaard was injured Nwaneri should've deputised. Instead he saw 57 minutes pf game time in total.
