He doles out this toxic positivity every time, been doing that since he blew 4th place to Spurs in 21/22. With the decline in league form in the second half of the season, and top players losing form (Ode and Saliba), next season might see him go the way of Emery.

His comments don't help his cause.

Getting fed up because if he actually believes this .......then that in itself is a big problem and probably why he can't improve us.

Besides, consistency has been our main problem this season. We've beaten the very best , but haven't been able to get a run going at all.
So, you never know now, which Arsenal will turn up tomorrow.

very schizoid

paying much or any siginificant attention to coachspeak?

waste of time, imo.

I'd adopt a Belichik style if I'd a choice.

Opening up the club to ridicule IMO, we were already seen as bottlers before this.

Other than the opening 20 mins of the first leg we were easily a match for PSG but the obvious lack of firepower has cost us again.

Slightly disagree with the wording of the comment as Barcelona were just as good and PSG beat us, but we were clearly up there with the best in the comp and just lost to a very good team.

Took Pep way longer to get over the line with a much better team and 15 years extra experience.Upset as it means our season really comes to f**k all, not even a final, but the fact we’re competitive in a semi final of the CL is great, been donkeys years since we even made one. Hopefully next season we go 2 steps further and shut this European trophy shit up.
