£882m spent since 2020. Leicester, Chelsea, West Ham, Man U and Newcastle have all won silverware in that time.

But it's a bridge too far for Arsenal?

Only frauds and idiots would think that, especially considering we signed half of City and Chelsea's winning XIs in that time.

This season will be 5 seasons without a trophy, its not acceptable.

Even Man U have won a trophy inside the last 5 years and they have been the shittest of the top 6 clubs

He has had loads of time, more resources than any manager we have had, he needs to deliver.

We've won a trophy in 27 years of our c.150year history.
It's unusual for us to win a trophy and if it's expected every year, it's unreasonable
Even under the Wenger years - we went 8 years without winning a trophy.

If you expect a trophy each year to the extent of throwing the toys out when it does not happen - the vast majority of the time - then it is absolutely entitlement.

But now we have the world's best manager and that bloke with the killer Leverkusen form.

Yup. He's been given more than enough time. He has to deliver surely.

City wet the bed this season. We're next in line.

Slot who no one had heard of destroys the Arteta process in one season

Slot didn't have to do much because we dismantled ourselves. Just gave the title away w/o fighting for it...for the CL, which is 50/50 at best at this point.
Slot, in reality, has been piggy backed by the iconic Salah, in PL. Otherwise has flopped everywhere in general.

Yup.

To be fair to ag6789 he has stated for ages that Liverpool are not that good, as I have been stating too.

That's the most annoying thing, just feels like we have given Liverpool a free league title!

we lost the league because we can't score , simple as that. 16th place Spurs have scored more goals than us, 60 to 57.

Good enough to be leading the league by 13 fcking points. The table never lies.

And the arrogance to say we have given them a free league title. They have won two CLs and PL in the time we've won a handful of FA cups.

The whole season now hangs on the 2nd leg vs Madrid. Given up the league for this game, when we should be able to compete on 2-3 fronts with ease.
This is disappointing, and must say we've regressed this season.

4 games to define Arteta. 2nd leg vs Madrid we are 3 up it could have been 5 or 6,
Two semi final legs probably against PSG, and a final should we get there.

Still just 23% CL win probability.
I regret the fact that we didn't start on the front foot the league games. Last season,at least we went down fighting, but this time we didn't try hard enough.
Why rotate the in the league games, and why should we give all importance to the Real game?
It was an exceptional display by Rice ,that we suddenly find ourselves in a better position in the 2nd leg, but in reality,it could have easily been a 0-0 , or a 1-1, or even a 0-1 game , and we would be generally ok , going into the 2nd leg, looking for a close finish ( which most of us expected, to tell the truth).

Bingo.

Best defence in the league but 13 points off the top. Pretty clear where the problem lies.

The tactical geniuses on GW who reckoned we didn't need a striker because their God Arteta couldn't possibly just be a shit manager who'd blown his budget on players we don't need, are surprisingly quiet

100% and it was always going to be that way, piss poor ID of where the gaps were, I mean every mug in the planet could see it, Arteta is too wrapped up in a ego bubble listening to anyone propping the ego up, near all pundits are too scared to tell the truth about anyone until the horse has died, and the press conferences are the biggest joke in the history of press conferences he is more protected than a politician.
