Saliba considered the better of the two. How much is he worth - £85m ?

If Arteta bottles his extension he has to walk simple. Can't get away with another financial disaster.

How much do you think we could sell Ben White for? More or less than Fofana?

Saliba definitely.

1) He's a better CB in my eyes
2) White can play in more positions

Do wonder who plays more minutes this season though.

Edu would get £12m for him tops

I would not be surprised if we got less than we paid for him, I can't imagine any team bidding more than £30m for him, maybe £40m because he got an England cap.

Unless we sell directly to Chelsea or City (and they're desperate), we ain't getting anything close to what we paid.

So based on what you’ll are saying.
Saliba was rated higher than Fofana.
Fofana is now commanding 4X what we would get for Saliba if we sold him today.
We paid 50 mil for a guy Saliba can bench, but who will get significantly less than Fofana in the transfer market.
Do I have this right?

Outstanding today, our best defender really looks at home.

We need to get him to sign a new contract, not sure it will happen though.
