Who else in the past wore no. 21? I have Cazorla's no. 19 shirt and remember Sanchez used to wear 17, Ramsey 16, amongst the more uncommon/unassuming shirts.

Pretty much like everyone on here, never seen him play. It's not one to get us excited but it can be,I guess. In time.

He needs to hit the ground running though

Interesting signing, not 100% convinced he’s what we needed to be quite honest but he does look a class option (based on YT only) to split minutes with Ode. Just not sure we needed to spend 40m to do that

"I'm an attacking player who looks to find space between the lines, to be able to finish off moves either with assists or by scoring goals

He talks the talk.

Let's hope he doesn't get suckered in to playing the sideways crap. Needs to go against the grain

Our new Ramsey we need him to be

Thanks Zenith. Some of the players wearing less iconic numbered shirts have also become greats. Hope this kid Vieira continues with the tradition.

Impressive, will he be able to withstand the physicality of the pl, is what it boils down to

This is my concern when I watch him on YouTube. My initial impression is that this is a signing for our Europa league games. Hope he proves me wrong and becomes a mainstay in the first eleven

Suspect he will be eased in this year. Lots of games in the cup competitions and then deputising for Odegaard / Wingers in the prem.

Release clause was closer to €50m, two former presidential candidates have come out and criticised the move, saying he shouldn't have gone for so cheap.

Well done Edu.
