The penalty was harsh, it was a push but that happens a lot. Holding was just looking to be physical already booked he was an idiot to keep fouling Son, don't blame the ref for Holding's idiocy.

Ref clearly planned to give something like that before the game kicked off

Want just the pen decision though.
Corrupt all game.

Clear header on goal from 5 yards and pushed in the back, was fucken poor defending and the correct decision

Yup

If Cedric backs in to son before son jumps to stop him jumping then fair enough

Taking him the f**k out whilst he's in the air, foul any day

Also just watched the elbow swung by Son - definitely a red card. Nothing given.

1st yellow not a major decision.
Son swung an elbow at Holding and got nothing when it was a red card offence.

So you think Holding should have got a straight red? then miss our last two games?

No because Son should not have been on the pitch to elbow.
He committed a clear red card offence and was let off.

But Holding kicked him in the back before that - so he should have been off already? You're as delusional as Arteta who is rightly getting ripped a new one for his insane post game interview .... we got brushed aside by a top team again, that needs to stop.

Better to judge the performance of the first half an hour when it was 11 v 11, I don't think that was us being brushed aside.

Often when Arteta gets a bit angry in his interviews I think god he's so much like a stroppy teenager, hopefully that will start to fade away after a few more years on the touchline.

It was a red for Son, there is no doubt about it but he got let off. There is no explanation for him getting away with that other than cheating by officials.

The roughing up by Holding was a yellow.

The player who retaliates with an elbow/ push to the face/ grabbing throat etc, to a foul we’ve seen time and time again get the red.

Not yesterday because the ref was sent out to ensure spurs won - and that is exactly what he did.

We should have been playing with 11 vs 10 , not the other way around and it was the ref who reversed that and directly manipulated not just the game but maybe even CL qualification.

Jay

They showed a cameo of all of the rough-housing Holding was doing. He could have been sent off for kicking Son when Son was on the floor.

Stop your noise Jay.

Didn’t matter what Holding did later.
After 11 minutes Son elbowed Holding in the face.
It was a blatant red card
Holding got to him and provoked a red card reaction.
The ref cheated and let Son off.

From 11 minutes we should have been at 0-0 playing against 10 men.
It’s that simple and unarguable.
