Can't afford big money signings lol

Emirates stadium confirmed to be useless

Arteta says no big money signings and goes the other way and gets no one in

It's the Arsenal way

You’ve obviously never been to the Emirates, which was obvious before but now confirmed.

Jesus, Gnabry, Gakpo, Dybala. Which two out of these four would be your pick ?

Gakpo

Has the physicality needed to play through the middle and is an unknown looking to make the step up. The others are all ones who haven't quite made it at the highest level and would be taking a step down.

Gnabry not made it?

Thats like turning down Salah before he moved to Liverpool because he failed to make his mark at Chelsea.

Gnabry has been great, always thought he was a talent when with us, but we didn’t play him enough and had to sell him for peanuts.

Might end up being a similar story with Guendouzi.

Only thing Gnabry hasn't won is the World Cup.

Why is he leaving a top team when he should be in his prime?

Couple of players to complete this team. More of summer 2021 please. What a window that was.

Julian Brandt and Jesus are linked to Arsenal . Brandt with 7 goals and 8 assists didn't have a stellar season for BD but Arcata and his staff can improve him like Odegaard. He is only 25 and might cost a modest 16-17 million
Jesus might be a big success here too w/his footballing ability and a new challenge of leading the line. He might cost around 45 mil.
A quality CM and a fullback should do it for us.

We should be getting Jesus, Gakpo and Gnabry if available, Jesus and Gnabry would only be around 30 million each as they are in the last year of their contracts and have expressed desires to leave, Gakpo probably something similar if not slightly less given he plays in the Dutch league and hasn't done anything of note on a bigger stage. That's 3 players to sort our attacking line for under 100 million. Saliba coming back helps our defence but we desperately need another central midfielder or 2, tielemans for 25 and bissouma for 40 million would be great. That's everything sorted for a similar amount to what we spent last summer. We know we were willing to spend 70 million on vlahovic in January so those funds should be available in the summer, hopefully we can get CL funds on top and then if we sell guendouzi, Maitland Niles, Pepe, bellerin and torreira we should be getting another 50-60 million minimum. If we offload this players and get top 4 we could spend well over what we did last summer.

Actually Patino and Azeez will be closely looked into. If Azeez fulfills his promise then our dilemma w/a DM or deep lying CM is solved. Patino will be another attacking Midfielder beside Odegaard.

I'm very much inclined to agree with the gist of your assessment. How Miguel Azeez's natural game sees him comfortable playing from the base of midfield in the mold of a deep lying playmaker, with not just the ability to spray passes forward intelligently or carry the ball with good control and retention but not shirk a tackle in winning possession as well, does put me a little bit in mind of a young and focused Alexander Song.

Similarly, Charlie Patino doesn't appear reluctant regards helping out his defenders in dropping to the edge of our box in pursuit of the ball if needed which indicates good work ethic and attitude, but the middle of the park and prompting forays into the final third like an orchestra conductor, is definitely his more natural habitat and rightly then validates the association with Martin Odegaard, whilst on a couple of occasions he has pricked my memory of a fledgling Cesc Fabregas. He would definitely benefit greatly from Ramsdale taking him under his wing and introducing him to some West Indian cuisine in order to bulk him up though.

However, whilst I firmly believe that they do indeed have the skill sets and genuine potential to follow in the freshly made footsteps of Smith-Rowe, Willock, Nketiah and Saka leading from Hale End, midfield recruitment in the summer should not be curtailed by their promise and presence and instead the expected continued progression of both should be rewarded with first team squad numbers and consideration to starting games in the league cup and simply taking it from there, similar to the preceding academy players.

A top 4 finish would be a big help at luring in some talent this upcoming window. Hope the boys can get it done.

Kroenke's net worth went up over 25% during the pandemic. He's got the money to invest if he so chooses.
