I suspect the club will already have plans in place - especially as we'll have known that Partey and Auba are off to the ACON.
Striker and CM could come in I think.

Loads of names will be linked, most of which will be BS click bait stories.

CM and striker are top priorities that need to be addressed next.

I agree on the targets.

Unfortunately CM is not changing, we'll have Xhaka back and we're stuck with that guy now thanks to Arteta.

Striker, 100%, but ......... will we wait till summer? I think that all depends on what happens with Laca at Xmas.

Right now (or next summer) for me a CM like Bissouma and two strikers 1st team ready and we're ready for a top 4 push.

......... depending on how Arteta sets us up to play obviously.

If we go back to playing one striker and leaving him isolated we'll be back to square one no matter who we buy.

Hopefully that won't be the case.

Maybe we recall Azeez? He’s not getting enough game time on loan.

Wouldn't mind daring Barca to turn down 70m for Frenkie de Jong either

Bel will go to one of the Arab clubs. He ain’t coming here. He’s already got that premium badge on him. FdJ maybe but I assume Xavi will get something out of him. I’d rather we focus on Azeez and Patino who have the same potential and cost nothing.

Adams had another very solid game against Mexico tonight. We play so differently with him in the side. His presence legitimately makes us a solid top 15 team. Probably our most important player atm

National teams aren't the same as club football, but I've been saying for years that I'd love Adams here.

Striker - I like the look of Dusan Vlahovic from Fiorentina. Or Ivan Toney would do a job I feel

CM - Can't see us getting one as Elneny does a good job defensively and we'll have the mighty Xhakashit back.
Invincibility lies in the defence; the possibility of victory in the attack.

The club may want to cash in on him to get a small fee.

A bag of crisps would be too much.

I don't think I've seen him have a bad game. He is a bit of a side ways passer but if he's playing the CDM role he does the job.
I'd love to see us slap £70m down for Jude Bellingham but I can't see us going for an expensive player. We'll probably give Patino a chance behind Lokonga, Xhakashit and Partey

Good strategy.
I would love to see a major CF signing in Jan.

'Distressed market' is a laugh. We have overpaid for everybody except Tomiyasu and Gabriel M. Lokonga isn't a first team player so I'm not counting him.

Tavares is a steal, Tomiyasu and Lokonga are good value buys. Odegaard and Ramsdale were expensive but I think we paid equal value.

Tavares has played 300 minutes in an Arsenal shirt, let's not go overboard.

Arteta + Edu's transfers didn't begin this summer. We also overpaid for Partey and Willian last summer. At least Willian f***ked off, whereas Partey will be here until he's 32yo so he can collect his £50m in wages.
