The incident was off the ball. The lino will have seen it wasn't a penalty. The ref would have been following the ball. The lino had no need to inform the ref it wasn't a penalty unless the ref consulted him. The ref was unaware a dive occurred, therefore no booking.
Inconsistent then. If one is and one isn't then fine. But this isn't the case YET AGAIN!

I agree with you, they are only Human, but consistently screw up major decisions when Arsenal are involved. It's getting to the point where it's silly now, you could almost put a mortgage on a ref screwing up something each and every game.
