And before you jump on what I have written ponder this,
What is the difference between the defenders when Adam's played behind Bergkamp, and the defenders playing behind Ozil.

Well there are a few points I will make.

Firstly the defenders were better during Bergkamp's era, that should be obviously clear to everyone. In the midfield we played 4-4-2, personnel were Petit, Vieira, Ljungberg, Gilberto and possibly Flamini (can't remember when he joined). That set of midfielders profided infinitely more and better defensive cover than the half players Ozil has been surrounded by during his time at Arsenal. Look at who Ozil had behind him, Rosicky, Arteta, Wilshere, Ramsey, Cazorla, shit Flamini, Coquelin, xhaka, Elneny !

Be interested to know what answer you wwere fishing for and what response you are preparing to give.

Exactly
So with a shit defence behind him and a crap midfeild around him
What difference is Ozil going to make, dont awnser there is no need.

Oh but I must.

Defensively we have improved, everyone knows that. Partey is the piece of the puzzle that fixes our midfield. Nobody is talking about perfection, I am saying the team we have right now is the best version Arsenal team we have had in the past 5 years. We are able to defend now, Ozil needs to be brought back.

How to make yourself so unpopular no manager will want you anywhere near them - it will become know as "doing an Ozil"

Thing is .. he is right though, he has been right all along with everything he has said. He has no intention of playing for Low again, hje probably won't play for Arsenal again - especially with Arteta cutting off his nose to spite his face. I don't think anyone else would have a problem employing Ozil, if Balotelli can walk into club after club, leaving a trail of destruction behind him by acting like a donkey, Ozil will have no probs going elsewhere.

Being right isn't much good when at 32 your career is finished and you're sitting at home playing the "big-man" on the internet ... it's a tragic waste of talent, Ozil is long finished at International level and now probably top club level as well ... he's probably wasted what would have been the last five years of his career for what? a few more dollars and the ability to say "I was right" that's a sad end.

Lel. Germany has been poor for its high standards since the World Cup in 2018.

Wanna know who leads their assists chart?

Yep. One Mesut Ozil.

Ozil retired in 2018 from the national team. The second guy with most assists for them, Muller, was dropped by Low after the World Cup.

Top-5 assisters in international football?

1. Messi ~ 47
2. Neymar ~ 43
3. Ronaldo ~ 41
4. Ozil ~ 40
5. Cesc ~ 37

The next in the lot are Muller and de Bryune with 36 each.

Three of them in that list are three of the finest players of the last 15 years, whilst the other two are the greatest creators of their generation.

Most Germans wanted Low gone after the 2018 WC. Ozil Is absolutely correct in his appraisal of him. Heck, most of their fans believe that Germany won the World Cup in spite of Low and not because of Low. If Higuain weren't an absolutely pathetic bottler, Germany wouldn't even have that World Cup.

In addition, in Arsenal's modern history, only three players have notched more assists than Ozil (for Arsenal): Bergkamp, Henry, and Cesc.

It's about time we look at the existing crisis at Arsenal than find vindication in Arteta's treatment of one our finest players of the last decade.

Fabregas comes in at half time with Monaco trailing PSG 0-2. Gets a goal and an assist and ends the game 3-2. His legs are gone, he’s over the hill. But his experience and quality puts PSG to the sword. Why can’t we use Ozil this way?

Because Fabregas is a superior player to Ozil and always had been, Fabregas was all action type wasn’t afraid to get stuck in, could pick a pass out from deep, runs into the box, scores and assists.

Ozil on the other hand is a limited player afraid to put a foot in, afraid to shoot, can’t dictate a game from a deep area like Fabregas. Ozil will hang around up top waiting for a counter attack and provide the assist that’s about it.

Özil was superb when we were 2-0 down at Ludogorets in 16/17
Provided an assist for Xhaka and scored the winner. Lobbing the keeper and making two defenders have to pay to get back in again before finishing

Which one has played more club matches, more international matches, scored more goals, received more awards, and won more trophies? .... seems pretty serious to me.
