IMO this is the club cutting their nose off to spite their face, it's letting personal issues get in the way of logic.

We lack creativity and it would have been good to just keep him around as an option if we need him, instead we've been petty and left him out, he's still getting paid and will be here until next summer regardless.

I have to say I don't really like the way people just get cut out like Guendouzi, Ozil, Saliba did, there has to be some logic involved, it's unprofessional to let personal issues get in the way of decisions.

Arsenal has become an embarrassment. Even when we didn’t win trophies, we at least had our dignity. Even that is gone.

My Grandad used to watch Arsenal back in the 50s. He told me once of an incident where an Arsenal player got sent off at Highbury. The chairman sent his security man down to the dressing room and the player was ejected from the ground and never played for he club again. That was the standard of behaviour expected by the club at the time.... being sent off was a disgrace.

It is entirely professional to freeze out players who have misbehaved. It is unprofessional not to in fact. Obviously it depends on the seriousness of the situation

Too true, this club is slowly moving away from everything that once made it great. I figured we'd always sell out but if we were gonna do that we should've at least done it to an Usmanov type and just destroyed the market with everyone else.

Desperation of a failing club.

Auba, Laca both liked Ozils Twitter statement..

Then the Sagna statement..

I have a feeling a lot of players will start putting out social media statements on this situation..

So the club feels Cedric and Mari will be more useful than Ozil this premier league season? A third choice full back and an sixth choice Cb over the guy who has the most assists for us in the past five seasons.
