We scored both goals in the same fashion. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Every team has these games. We won that's the most important thing.

And as others have said, hopefully it highlights how we're in desperate need for midfield creativity

Yup, and we have to remember where we're coming from. Arteta said it's not going to be a straight line up when we improve, it'll be a bumpy road. The important thing is he's instilled the right character and belief in the squad.

Good. Would be disappointed if he tried to brush over a poor performance in general

It was actually a huge win when you consider the games we have coming up

Wasn't great on chances created but as I said in the match day, if we had scored in the 75th instead of 85th that would of gone down as an ok performance, its cause we left it felt like a smash and grab.

We do need to work on our wide men creating more solid chances, the amount that were blocked or fluffed was what was killing us.

Happy for the 3 points and the character the team has shown, but it shows we still have a long way before we can compete with the best.

Our midfield defensively and offensively needs so much work. Both Auoar and a DM needed.
