What concerns me about Chelsea is if they sack Lampard and get a real manager in to get that talented squad to fix up and potentially win a league title in 2 years.

They could be back and a serious CL contender if a real manager gets there by next season. Lampard is clueless defensively and i just hope Chelsea hold onto him into top 6 insecurity on the back of the ignorance surrounding him making excuses for his poor ingame management defensivley.

There's a reason he scored a lot of goals in his career because defence has never come naturally to his as a player and this shows in his management. Attacking wise they are good, crafty and effective with quality players but they are a joke defensively.
