Probably, just like all the other rumoured transfers for any kind of money at all, the club has already told the fans not to expect big transfers.
We’ll sign some nobodies, ageing free transfers and kids at best and even that may rely on getting rid of some high earners.

Cazza has played roughly the same number of minutes as Partey (1800 or so) across 24 La Liga games and has crushed him stats wise.
Partey: 2G 0A
Cazorla: 8G 6A
some of those goals are penalties, but given that it's a 24yo vs a 35yo, the latter in a weaker team, makes it clear that Partey isn't the answer.
