Swap for Lukaku.
Why would Lukaku dump a club with title aspirations to play for a club with Europa League goals?

He should go for sure.
As for Giroud, we can't compare. We got Giroud at age 24 and gave him an unchallenged run at CF for 5 years with Ozil and Cazorla behind him and Wenger's full backing.
We brought Laca into a team with zero midfield creativity and put him next to a world class striker who he became a glorified assistant to. And forced him to adjust to a new manager every season.
Only truly WC players will look good under those circumstances.
But for the fee we paid, I'd say he's been a bust. One good season out of 3.
