UEFA don;t give a sh*t. Not really.
If they did, they would not have clouded the issue by charging England with fans disrupting the Bulgarian National Anthem and not having enough travelling stewards.

What should happen is that Bulgaria get an immediate ban from all tournaments and any UEFA sanctioned match.
When racism is that prevalent in a crowd (i'm not talking about 1 or 2 idiots here) then that country has no business being invloved in football.
