Who was in charge when's we lost to Sheffield united with 10 men and a cb as keeper?

We had invincibles in our squad then.

I'll give you some time to figure it out as it was a few years before you got in to the game.

“No better manager than Emery” said Cripps. You really are slow :rofll:

Enough of your trolling, Arsene Nose.

To be honest when he was on that 23 game unbeaten run last year, even with our defensive wobbles, the fact that Emery was so positive and full of energy on the touchline it was hard not to think that this guy was gonna be good, he reminded me of Klopp, hes ran out of steam and ideas now.

2 summer transfer windows, and a shitty no money Jan, he would clearly as coach explain what he needs for the way he plays even if hes not the guy buying them, its not good enough.

Happy 70th Arsene, the best manager we ever had, even if you did go stale and everyone forgets what you did mate :)

Arsene would never agree to be a stop gap manager and leave at the end of the season, if he came back it would be for good and it'd be the same old shit.

wenger at his worst set us up better defensively, better going forward and had a much more coherent midfield

the bar is genuinely that low with unai in charge
I think youve got alzheimer. Our defense was the absolute worst under wenger.

We conceded less goals and scored more in the same amount of games, and kept 7 more clean sheets. This is Arsene’s last 47 Prem games compared to Emery’s 47 in charge of us

What an L

This is after a total squad rehaul, Emery is a joke

I'd say Adams and Keown, then Campbell and Toure we ALOT better than what we have now, you can't just pick the teams after the stadium move and the skint years as Wengers whole career with us.

Also i'd pick a prime Kos and Mertesacker way over current Luiz and Sokratis.

The difference is, nobody will open a humiliating topic on any Arsenal forum wanting Emery to be re-hired if he does get sacked

What is this bullshit? Better the loser you know?

I don't know about that. We have some real strong agendas going on in here, and the ones who have it don't normally admit they're wrong. Or they do it just out of spite.

Yesterday's game reminded me of Wenger's worst games where we had meaningless possession with little creativity struggling to break down a stubborn defence.

The sad thing is, that's why I say this wasn't even close to our worst performances under Unai because we actually managed to dominate possession for a phase. That's how poor we have been. We struggle just to replicate the usual standard of shittiness we were used to under Wenger. The bar is that low.
