Ceballos will be found out by top ten. One swallow doesn't make a summer. Midfield have no strength to hold on to balls , pass around or stop counter. And Xakha playing deep is a disaster. He is PL quality at all. Should be in lower leagues.
And on top of everything, we've a stupid manager who gives up the wings to defend through the middle right from the start. Knew from the outset we'll be over run and a heavy defeat looms. We have quality players now but need little sense and intelligence to put them into good use. A couple of nervy and iffy victories, and people starts thinking Unai is a genius.
But in the end , same old same old. How can the team progress if the manager is dumb and doesn't learn easily.

His worst moments today where when he picked the ball up from deep/on the edge of the area. In attacking areas he did ok. He needs to be CAM and not DM or DLP, he's no Cazorla from what I've seen.

I think he likely had a bit of a rude awakening today about what the Premier League is all about, but I've no concerns about him. He's a physical player and new to the team, and seems to have a lot of fight in him.

Bad game today but he is a good player.

We need consistency in the midfield.

If Emery is going to shuffle players around and experiment every game all season long then these players will not build chemistry or rhythm.

Our midfield is too inexperienced. Two teenagers and Ceballos who doesn’t have bags of experience either.

Didn't help that Emery had him on the f***ing wing. Poor decision. We needed him more in the middle of the field.

Figured he would have a connection to Reyes and he genuinely seems proud to be here
As others have said he did get shook last weekend but he should be fine

Reyes, Cesc, Cazorla, Monreal.

Ceballos has quite some names to live up to. Shame he's only here for a year.

I could see it happening against lesser opponents at home
