Watched him tonight against Portsmouth.

Ran the show in midfield. Had to come off at half time due to injury but he looked charltons best player by a mile when he was on. Spread some lovely passes about.

Seems to have been at the club for years, would have thought he'd have been given more of a chance if there was any hope that he'd become a regular years down the line. More likely that Championship/League 1 is his level.

Having watched him several times this season, that's my view also.

Makes mistakes even at League One level. Definitely not good enough for PL.

He’s playing right side of a back three for Charlton in the play off final now.

Extend him and keep him loaned out another season at Charlton.

His value will only rise and we can cash in next summer.

We’ve far too often let youth players go too soon for too cheap. Bennacer and Adelaide spring to mind. Never ready for Arsenal first team but both sold way under market value.

Either that or sell him with either a buy back clause or hefty sell on fee.

He got man of the match too. Started as a defender and moved to midfield at half time. Very versatile player.

Please don’t take him from Charlton. I lived in Charlton for 14 years, they’re my second club and most of my family support them. What a day it is in our house today.

Surely a stint in the championship would be good for his development?
