The DM, BBC, and other papers and most pundits do not give us a chance this season. This, after significant forays into the transfer market. Is it bias or there is some truth?
I think, our inability to stand up to crisis and pressure in the recent past have a lot to do with this attitude. I think, we have a pretty competitive squad , which has plenty of talent to go toe to toe with the likes of ManCity and Liverpool, like two best strikers in business, exciting winger in Pepe, top midfield talent in OZIL, Mikhi, and Ceballos, experienced and successful defender Luiz, tough and dependable Sokratis, and not speak of other younger and up and coming talent in Bellerin , Torreira ( both proven campaigners, by now) , Tierney, Smith-Rowe, Martinelli, Willock, Saka, etc.
We have a few weak links like Mustafi, Xakha, El Neny, but overall , we should be firing on all cylinders. All we need is a tough mentality and not to give up when going gets tough. In short, harden the soft underbelly.
If we cannot break into top four, win a domestic cup or the EL, and challenge both ManCity and L'pool, it will come down to management. They need to unite and inspire this potent group into a winning outfit. No excuses. :arsenal3:

If you could only pick one, Hleb or Nasri?
