What was the look? I was too disgusted to continue watching the aftermath. We're they bemused? Pissed off? Dejected?

Remember that infamous Gallas tantrum against Birmingham? That was pretty much the vibe I was getting from a lot of our players

I really hope this doesn't carry over to the EL game mid-week.

This is going to be a calamitous season if we don't get into the UCL.

If you want to progress as a club and get better players you need to be in the champions league for money and stature

It’s not about being spanked about it’s about improving as a football club

For Arsenal Football Club to be the best football club in the world. It really is that simple and playing CL football every season puts us on track to becoming that.

In case you haven't been paying attention we need the money, that's the point.

Not initially, but we need as much money as we can to try to compete. That's just the unfortunate state of football.

It doesn't look like we'll ever be able to just buy our success. So we have to rely on our youth development and buying the right players at the right price at the right time, but still that money is needed or we'll fall even further behind.

No good players will join to play Europa leagye football unless you overpay

We can’t afford to overpay

It’s that simple

CL football is the only way to improve a football club

I sort of understand what you mean. But if we don’t get the extra money to work with, we’ll never get there.

Participation + Money = Quality players and a greater chance of success.

It's so obvious.

We're not in it to win. We're in it to maintain our stature.

It is indeed Top-4 Trophy. Wenger was ridiculed when he said that, but he has always been right.

Another season out of the UCL would be catastrophic for us unless we manage to win the League, which we won't.

The board want CL football for revenue so they can pocket more money I get that but from a fans point of view what do we gain? We are Europa League level, I can guarantee that whether we finish 4th or 6th we will line up next season at the exact same level.

I dont want top 4. We dont belong in CL and its just an excuse for the club to make more money

We belong in the champions league if we quailify for it
If we don't
We don't

What a terribly defeatist attitude.

Its true. We just want the money
CL has nothing tp do with what we will spend the summer. Anyway Chelsea wins and now either we win or tpp 4 is gone..lets see how we deal with the pressure....and if anyone think we can stop hazard in a final i want somecof the drugs they ate using

Eden hazard played in the 2017 fa cup final
Arsenal 2 Chelsea 1
And you ain't having my drugs
It's my birthday

Brighton not relegated
Like they were in 82/83 when they drew 1-1 at 3rd placed man Utd
They drew at home with champions Liverpool that season as well
