Well if we win this we'll be favourites to win it, I've always been a big believer in teams that will actually win the whole thing can't afford to be afraid of anyone.

You have to face the best eventually anyway.

Winners want to beat the best not cower and dodge their way to a final.

I have faith tbh.

Didn’t do us any harm in our last three Fa cup wins. We got draw lucky with all of those.

We beat Spurs Liverpool & Everton in 13/14
Man utd away in 14/15
Man city& Chelsea in 16/17

The fixtures are announced provisionally
They do not take into account cup involvement
If you are still in competition the league game will be moved to Sunday

Tbh, Unai's Sevilla shithoused through three EL's - facing mostly beatable opponents even for EL standards. Liverpool were the toughest they ever faced. :hiding:

I'd take a 0-0 at home and a 1-1 draw away at Naples. :P

Villarreal in the semis.

And, Slavia Prague in the final.

Exactly.

I mean where is this trend of shitting on everything we've done coming from?

We've beaten Liverpool, Spurs, Everton, ManU, City, and Chelsea—all of 'em—en route our FA Cups.

Of coarse
If you wn a trophy you hav earned it regardless of who you beat
Sevilla beat
13/14
Porto ( knocked Napoli out)
Valencia( won at Barcelona that season)
Benfica( knocked out juventus)

14/15
Villareal
Zenit

15/16
Basel
Athletic Bilbao ( knocked out Valencia)
Shakter
Liverpool

From most arsenal fans perspective, we wanted the easiest draw possible to the final.

Napoli and Chelsea were the hardest teams out of the draw, so the majority are cursing our luck.

Most know it's going to be a challenging game but generally theres confidence we can progress.

However personally I'd rather a small team than a bigger team.

No one cares who you beat to win a trophy when you've won it!

A few points:

- We have a better squad than Napoli. They have a better defense. Napoli have only conceded 21 goals in the League this season. In the UCL, they only conceded 5 goals.
- Napoli are second favorites to win the EL outright. We're third. Bookies.
- Napoli finished with 91 points last season and are cruising to the UCL of next season through their league standing. We have a fight for top-4 in our hands.
- Napoli were tied on points with Liverpool in their UCL group stage and only exited the competition on H2H. PSG were also in the same group.

Based on these points, anyone can see that it's justified being wary of Napoli. About the managers, I don't want to get into a dick measuring competition.

If we win at the Emirates without conceding an away goal, we will be favorites to go through. If they get an away goal, buh-bye EL.

It's a tough game against a manager we all wanted here. The winner of this should go on and win it all

I never wanted Ancelloti.

I prefer Emery tbh, also Ancelloti has a good squad of players where we're under funded.

We definitely have a chance, it depends how our players go at them, we need to put them to the sword at home and then play staunch away.

Never seen why the hype with Ancellotti, always managed the biggest/richest teams in the leagues he managed in. I can't say I rate him more than Emery, he has not done anything amazing.

The flip side is if we knock them out only one team stands in our way and that would be Chelsea.

To win a cup you have to face the team that got to the final anyway, best team wins.

We just have to be that best team.

Out of Chelsea, Arsenal and Napoli we have as good a chance as anyone.

I'm looking forward to it, what a game.

When Emery wins 3 CLs let me know.

Who in their team do you even know apart from Hamsik, Insigne, Koulibaly, and our ex-backup keeper?

Arsenal fans tend to watch arsenal games so would be aware of napoli players that have played against Arsenal
Albiol ( mustafi, sokratis, koscielny ) all better
Mertens( lacazette aubameyeng) both better
