You would!

Now take your Ozil hating glasses off and you might see that he kept the ball moving, he played a few nice disguised passes, he did a lot of donkey work and he made himself available. Wasn't his best game but he did a job for the team and thats the good thing, we played as a team, every player to a man did their part.

But but Ozil is on £350k pet week, etc etc bollox etc

Grow up

It's not like I said just her der Ozil is shit lolz. Gave pretty clear reasoning why I thought he was poor in my next post. But you've shown countless times that you aren't capable of engaging in reasonable, respectful conversation.

Its because what you wrote was not worth responding to. Football is subjective, but during a debate you have to sometimes be objective.

The objective view from pretty much every piece of analysis I have read is Ozil had a decent game, not great, not bad. He didn't create that much but did more than usual working back for the team. He didn't lose the ball more than anyone else so why single him out for criticism of that.

You say you expected more from him offensively, so did everyone, but we got more from him defensively. You criticise his simple passing but thats what allowed us to transition from defence to attack and it allowed us to keep possession of the ball.

You attacking his type of passing and dismissing it as something Iwobi can do highlights your problem exactly. You say you have no vested interest but you display the character of a straight up hater, unable to give Ozil any credit for anything he does.

That's why I can't be arsed to engage in meaningful conversation with you.

Sorry, I'm in a good mood about the result but can't overlook this one.

Ozil just hasn't been at the races even when we have two strikers up front. We started to look flat and blunt as the game wore on and subbing him was the right decision.

I may be making something out of nothing but Ozil takes a look up before the sequence begins. He’s calculated exactly what he wanted to do the moment he saw Niles and pulled off a pass he had no right making :hail:

Tbf if that covering defender would have been beaten, niles was away and in acres of space.

We were a desperate poke tackle away from breaking completely clear.

Would have been magical.

again. i dont hate ozil. but you lot would eat the corn out of his morning dump.

nothing remotely world class in his minutes yesterday.

i want him in the squad in the hopes the best of him is what we get.
i was against the wierd standoff that happened earlier this year.
