No its not!!
The fitst thing Emery should have done is improved us defensively, we look worse defensively than under Wenger. Our football is mostly poor and our attack inefficiency is meh. The players are capable of better as they have proved during parts of the season.

Secondly, it’s not always about having faith that this player or that can turn it around. Sometimes it’s about recognising how the game is developing, and making tactical changes to deal with that how you see fit - no matter which players might be upset by it.
But yeah, sometimes it is about players who have underperformed, and sometimes you have to make that all and get them off.
And his substitutions this season speak for themselves. The stats in regard to assists and goals prove that.
