Some pressure has to be lifted off his shoulders or we risk doing a Wenger-like running a player into the ground, killing his confidence and stunting his growth. He's only 19 ffs

Should be starting our less important games but should only come on as a sub for most of the big ones and occasionally start some.

I think he's beng managed pretty well tbh. He's only started like half of our league games, and I'd always expect him to be featuring vs. lower level opposition in the cup runs

He doesn't strike me as a player lacking confidence either - i think that's one of his top qualities

I was just trying to convey that we should be careful. It's easy to start overplaying an exciting young prospect because he's in form. Iwobi being a prime example.

I agree on the confidence bit, that's all the more reason we should be careful with him. If we'll expect too much of him too early he'll start having doubts about whether he's up to it and that could be his downfall. He's a really incredible midfielder for his age and could be one of our future stars, that's why I'm especially concerned that he's managed properly.

Even tho he is my favorite he desperately need a brake and some burden off his shoulders.. Trying to do too much can end up in producing too little...

he's a tall kid that needsa get stronger... refs are allowing him to be bundled from behind, so he's gotta get stronger to stand up to that that type of aggression. i like him, but i also feel he's being a bit overworked.

Before today, he was mostly known for the Ireland or England saga. Literally done f all on the pitch.

Faces us. Scores.

Our luck is horrific
