We'd of taken 2-0 against Everton in Wenger's reign.

I don't get why that's deemed sub standard these days?

The team is beginning to settle under Emery, the football is gelling although we're not as fluid yet but that's made up with more grit, stronger team mentality, winning attitude and more commanding personalities on the pitch.

I wasn't really complaining. In fact, I think we are better than last season.

I laughed saying the very same thing but those who thought we would be playing flawless stuff couple months in I don't agree with
Mkhi is a disappointment though but winning games while we have these growing pains I'm surely not gonna complain about. Like u said , ain't really no style points right now lol but 6 wins ?
starmandb would have to let me know when last that's happened

Yeah, a win is a win. Sixth in a row is never a bad thing. And there are still more to come I believe.

I only mentioned it because the travel problems were terrible. In the end the Victoria Line was also severely delayed on top of the Picadilly line being closed

The 'good luck' sign off from the announcer during the game had me cracking up.

If Wenger got these wins then everyone would be saying we've played shit teams. Let's just focus on getting better and see where we're at by the time we face Liverpool, no need to care about our former manager anymore.

I would have said we are in the hat for the next round

I used to be guilty of talking with mates in the clockend of the Friday night before so I guess it's a bit hypocritical
But I had a couple next to me tonight talking about work related matters thru most of the game
Banter I can live with but dullards? Dear god
I lived in crouch end for a little while
Never had my name on the rent book
Went home one day

Good job I had f**k all in the flat then
