He's good but not that good. I expect when we buy our window (not this window) it will be our main signing that window

If we signed him then neither ramsey or ozil would be guaranteed starters unless they performed near their best, that's what we need amazing competition for places to get them to perform

Ah well, he's a Liverpool player now.

Yes he's a good player, but we didn't go in for him.

This is a new chapter, let's see how it goes this season before the pessimistic, could of, should of, would of comments come out

Scores a fantastic goal every four months and then goes missing, maybe under the wenger era but not under this one thank you

At £14m he only needs to be better than Welbeck and Iwobi, which he is.

Nah that's small time. Remember that signing him means we have him on large wages for at least a few years, making it harder to sign a superstar next year.

Personally I'm looking forward to Dybala -> Arsenal next summer

Very much remains to be seen how he'll cope with the fact that he might not be a starter any longer.

Some players perform better when they can be the main man at a mid table club.

Just like some players are more effective when they play for a top club and are predominantly used as a second half impact player.

Shaqiri strikes me more as the former, but we'll see.

Glad we didn't go for him. Very inconsistent player.

The opposite of Theo Walcott.
