First Wimbledon since 1990 I've not taken much interest in.

Just seen the other semi.

Yeah he just coincidentally skipped the clay season twice in a row to spend time with his kids innit.

He obviously does it because he doesn't think he has a good chance of winning it so puts all his eggs in the Wimbledon basket.

He's had kids for a while now btw.

He’s almost 37, he does it to extend his career doing something he loves not because he can’t compete at Roland garros. He would easily be semi final, unlikely to win against nadal but clay is more damaging on the body and he obviously needs to play a 3/4 season if he is to stay sharp for the ones where he has the best chance.

Smart imo, rather than Pussy. Still backfired on him this time though.

It's no different from any other sport , there have always been debates about player x vs player y.

Bird vs Magic

Brady vs Manning

Lebron vs Kobe

LeBron vs Jordan

Federer vs Nadal

Mayweather vs Pacquiao

Granted, Messi vs Ronaldo is the most prevalent debate but that's because football is the most popular sport worldwide so everyone has an opinion.

You're acting like there is an agenda against Roger.

If Nadal tactically skipped the grass season I would call it a weak move the same way.

just tryna get the "tone"

i just see that there seems to be an anti-fed vibe.

am no fed fan, nor a nadal fan...

i like tennis and old school one handed backhands and healthy rivalries.... peace :Peace:
