Arteta is like going all-in before you look at your hand.

You could win big or look like an absolute idiot.

But as a wise man once said: YOLO.

I think Arsenal need an important manager after Wenger's era...I honestly prefer Allegri because he won many titles in Italy and he has the "winning attitude"

Arteta can work alongside with Pep for long time to come

From Wenger who had full control which was wrong to a new manager who'll have no control which is wrong.

Our board are as inept as ever

Allegri odds shortened slightly. In to 10/1 from 25/1

Did anyone see the article in the Evening Standard yesterday, it was about Arteta being manager of Arsenal ? Pretty good read to be honest. Talked about Guardiloa's first act was to bring in Arteta as his number 2 and how Arteta has been instrumental in the City player's keeping the ball so well as part of his coaching. He has been put in charge of analysis of the opposition and he is a no-nonsense style character, he does not joke around and is definitely not an easy touch.

His technical knowledge of the game is amazing and his focus is on playing passing football - no surprise given thats exactly how he played the game. Apparently he was wanted by Pochettino and another manager/club whose name I have forgotten. He was a key man in the Arsenal dressing room too.

Kinda made me feel like appointing Arteta would not be a bad idea at all.

To me it sounds like Mislintat and that other guy do all the transfers and spending, maybe the 50m is a side kitty for the new manager to pick his own players, well player as 50m doesn't get you much.
Anyway we all need to get behind the new manager whoever it is, at least give the guy a chance, is underwhelming if it does turn out to be Arteta though.

There are lucky people and there are people who put money on Arteta as next Arsenal manager when it was 250/1 and forgot about it.
