Please stop judging these youth players when they are put in weakened sides.

Im not defending him but awful game hope this doesn't shatter his confidence. Still doesn't know what kind of CM he is? CDM or B2B?

Dont think he's going to be good enough long term. Zelalem is better than him passing, moving,IQ,position and senior playing exp really. Zelalem is weak as heck and in rehab however.Yet to get a shot like reiss and joehave had.

Chris is also the better brother unfortunately and he deciede to go benfica than sign on.

Maitland niles has a relaxed nature to play at top level and physciality. This joe kid has no exceptional ability and this is after multiple viewings. Just dont think he's going to be good enough to make squad.Hope Im wrong still a young player.

Even if he was good/was a prospect he’s ruined now. No one in defence to look up, not one good defender to mentor him. Give it end of season and that loser mentality will be installed in him, then he’ll go to a bottom of the championship side where he won’t even start in a few years.

Probably a bit harsh, but the way he blew that goal probably shows he's not mentally strong enough. Yes, it was 4-1 and not like we'd have won anyway, but sometimes you can just tell

Worth keeping to see if he can develop - one more season then dump him if he hasn't made it into the first team squad and scored 10-15 goals.

It's his first time in a big match like this, cut him some slack. I recall people said the same about Iwobi yet look how he has grown over time.

Yaya Sanogo scored within minutes of kickoff in a CL game against Dortmund, who back then had just made the CL final w/ Klopp. It ended up being one of his only ever CL appearances.

We shouldn't need 6 seasons to judge a player's, but let's give the lad a chance. He tried to make something happen w/ 13 minutes left.
