Arsenal are a team of one trick ponies, with no work horses, being trained by a lunatic Frenchman who has totally lost the plot as their manager, and a spineless board that has not got the balls to sack him.

Talk about the captain going down with the unsinkable "Titanic"..

A few suggestions just in case it wasn't obvious before…

1. Board
First and foremost, control needs to be given to those with ambition and those who have the club’s best interest at heart. I don’t understand how things at the top work or the best way to do this but unless things change at the top we’ll continue to stand still or move backwards.

2. Policy Review
Separation of duties/specialists should be brought in to oversee their area of expertise; player wages should be reflective of performances; developing youth players should be highly prioritized; more should be done to satisfy the fans such as better ticket prices; etc.

3. Manager (someone who values the art of defending):
I don’t pay much attention to managers as I do players but going off results and performances, I’d say Jardim, Simeone, and Ancellotti fit this category. Allegri, maybe, but still unsure. I can’t think of other names atm but Jardim and Allegri seem to be the most realistic options.

4. Formation
Need to switch to one that gets the best out of the whole team not just certain individuals. My preferred formation is the 4-3-3. Players who don’t fit the preferred formation should be shipped out or be clear on which games they will and will not be expected to play in.

5. Squad Overhaul
Players who are beyond saving need to be shipped out or kept as far away as possible from the starting eleven - Cech, Jenkinson, Debuchy, Mertesacker, Sanogo, etc. Players that need to be seriously considered – Walcott, Ospina, Ramsey, Chamberlain, Ozil, Giroud, Xhaka, Wilshere, Welbeck, Szczesny, etc.

6. Spine of Men
Homegrown rule needs to be considered and if it needs to be met, then defense is where the additions need to be made. Plenty of good British keepers

GK: Butland, Pickford, Heaton, Forster, Schmeichel
CB: Van Dijk, Bonucci
MF: Nainngolan, Hamsik,
CF: Lukaku, Belotti

This is off the top of my head but we should be aiming for similar players

7. Build Around the Spine
Key in on and add players who will complement the spine. Players like Isco, Mbappe, Naby Keita, Pjanic, Mendy, Lacazette, Weigl, Dembele, etc.

8. Be Proactive
Decide in advance which players’ contracts needs to be renewed. Decide in advance who needs to be acquired or sold. Decide in advance what price would seal a deal; Decide in advance how to approach preseason; Decide in advance how to deal with injuries and unsuccessful negotiations;
Ramsdale
(Turner/Hein)
White Saliba Gabriel Zinchenko
(Tomiyasu/Niles) (Timber/Holding) (Trusty/Kiwior) (Tierney/Tavares)
Odegaard(c) —- Rice
(Xhaka/Lokonga) —- (Partey/Elneny)
Havertz
(Jorginho/Vieira)
Saka Jesus Martinelli
(Pepe/Nelson) (Nketiah/Balogun) (Trossard/ESR)

We're going to win it all lads.

Lacazette scores 30, Ozil and Alexis sign new 4-year deals and Sead Kolasinac breaks Dele Alli in two when we play Spurs at Wembley.

I didn't really care up to this point but now that i've seen this i want to vomit. Hope Mhki flops (and Auba if we get him) so that we can get rid of the dinosaur that keeps humiliating this club aka f***ing w***er.

Or Laca goes on a drought, Alexis f...s off to Utd and Wenger decides he doesn’t like kolasinac and drops him.

Just read this and it did make me laugh..
How many players are chubby but still world class or were world class.
In my opinion this article highlights other underlying issues with our back room staff.

http://www.skysports.com/football/news/ ... liam-brady

Let’s name some players that were a bit on the podgy side but still world class.

Gazza
Ronaldo(Brazil)
Maradona
Rooney in his day...

Let’s see what names come up

Fat people are usually not world class. Maradona is not fat, Harry Kane was an obese mouth breather.
