Most big clubs already have a player like Ozil in their ranks.

I think ozil is a very naturally talented player, no doubt. But over the top statements like this just come off as just over subjective.
I am not trying to be mean or anything. Right now ozil has a few months left of his contract but Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern, City, United, Chelsea etc aren’t even mentioning him. All the top money clubs should be tripping over themselves right now to sign him on a free. But we have hardly got any transfer rumour or any offers for him going back to last summer. Barca were ready to spend £140 million for a Hit and miss Coutinho that not many on here rate at all.

I think ozil is a good player and has stepped up a level in the last 10 - 12 or so games, but i think people sometimes over do the hype when it comes to being objective toward him.

Barcelona were considering him if no Coutihno, Utd have said they want him.

Are they not big enough?

Also maybe things are quieter with Ozil because he hasn't hoisted a come and get me flag like Sanchez has.

Ozil still may opt to sign on with Arsenal, that's why clubs have not been put on high alert.

If he goes he'll end up at a top 4 club, believe it.

Since when did any top club have ever cared about if a player they want might opt to extend their contract?

And about things with ozil being more quieter is why the big and money clubs have not come in for him..... What is more obvious and louder than a player running down their contract? Ozil and sanchez running down their contracts is the biggest red flag they are waving to the top clubs. As they say “Actions speak louder then words”. They both aren’t saying anything, but running down their contracts to a few months and refusing to extend for the last 2 years is not being quiet. They are literally jumping up and down shouting to the top clubs, “Over here, please make your move...”.

That’s being soooo darn loud :)

So? Ozil is the best cam according to people on here? So he is better than everyone the big clubs have? And buying him now for less money would be an absolute steal.

Its obvious he wants out. So where are all the big clubs lining up?

And this is a blessing in disguise for us right now. I am happy with the Ozil of the last 12 games. He has been playing really well.

Top clubs not coming for him is really a massive blessing in disguise for us.

Should be looking to rebuild. Which means ozil should be sold if possible. I mean does anyone think an Alexis less squad can take us to the top 4 after liverpools winter window?

Honestly think about it without bias.

He’ll sign a new contract. I reckon its already agreed but they’re saving the good news for the end of the window so wenger can talk sh!te about keeping our best players having just sold Alexis.

Sounds like a realistic scenario to me.
Sell Alexis, sign a cheap replacement. Announce that Özil and Wilshere will extend their contracts.

Silly comment !! Most clubs do their business in silence, most of the transfer news is made up bollox!! So you are judging demand for Ozil on made up fictional stories?!
