We'd still have Welbeck, Ramsey, and Xhaka. Our midfield pivot is Ramsey and Xhaka. With that midfield, we're not going to play "good football."

Good football isn't the prerogative of an individual player. It's a team effort. We have a shambolic midfield and a manager who's lost the plot.

Wenger doesn't know what good football looks like anymore, he's just desperate for points any way possible. Don't even believe we have a game plan nevermind an actual style to execute that plan.

Ramsey is not a liability rather an asset. In the current form Ramsey>Sanchez who has done feck all off late.

Agreed. There's no philosophy or style of play anymore.

He's a man who's clinging on. Should have gotten rid in the summer, but ah well.

Our seasons rests on the EL.

well while anyone can see sanchez is less than what he has previously been for us... he still creates very solid chances every game either for himself or others.
set up ramsey first half and had the assist on ollies equalizer.

i didnt get up at 0400 to watch and i am glad. but in the highlights i saw ---i saw the above. i didnt see ramzey or ozil or anyone else from anywhere (wing middle defense forwards)making a very good pass to set up a quality shot on target. i am working on the fact that it didnt happen, or else it would be in the hilite reel.

fwiw, we'd do better than we have been if he was playing in the middle rather than lacazette.

i like laca and support the signing... btw (not to insult or degrade him... its just that he is NOT producing like sanchez was his first few years ...or at least not to my sometimes fuzzy recollection)

I think he fits us well because no one else creates, but there is no way Pep will stand a winger who loses the ball every 3 minutes on average. The Sanchez move will likely not happen for this reason, and Mourinho ain't going to get a player like that either

Sanchez is so out of it that it’s getting ridiculously embarrassing now. It was may be a big mistake keeping him instead of the £40-£60 million we were offered.

Tbf losing possession by making a sloppy pass or trying to make things happen is different things, obviously he isn't at his best but maybe the stat looks worse than it is, would have to watch the game again can't really remember

Sanchez has contributed in huge amounts for us in the past but off late no Arsenal fan can defend the kind of stinking attitude and onfield inept performances he has displayed off late.

Well this was the risk we took when we forced him to stay, especially when we fked him around on deadline day with the ridiculous "Oh look we tried" Lemar offer in the dying hours.

Tbf to him even though he played sloppy he still produced that peach of a cross / assist for Giroud so if he hadn't of done that we'd of lost the game.

Basically he made himself a Get out of jail free card with that assist .......... so lets see what happens next game.

We have a player who doesn't want to be here. He's been terrible this season. The problem is that even when he's terrible he is able to create something out of nothing which can't be said for the players who would replace him in the starting XI
Sanchez has the ability to create something even on a bad day. Wenger played himself by keeping him.

he is our best player by far...take him out and we are southampton level. It was his cross that got us the point. Sanchez is the only player in the team who tries to do something. If I was him I would just focus on 100% pass completion and take zero risks. Something arsenal fans love
