Marshall. Was very good. Definitely makes me want to see Black Panther more, with how good Boseman was.

It is an extremely pretentious "high art" film.

Lawrence was vapid and subservient. She just fulfilled the role of the helpless female.

The plot was ridiculous. Show the spoiler
A cult forces its way into the house and it becomes armageddon.

For the longest time J Law's character was going along with it like it was normal, all she did was interject the occasional "Hey!" as random people are doing whatever to or in her house.

I understand with movies we are supposed to suspend belief but the concept was so ludicrous and pointless.

I cant believe the movie was greenlit, embarrassing for all involved.

Also, I dislike religious/cult themed movies in general, Rosemary's Baby is the exception.

Tickets already booked for Star Wars on Sunday.

Reviews came out today saying its the best Star Wars since the originals, wasn't hyped for this but I am now especially if its gonna be that good.

Also need to watch the Punisher on Netflix, this week.

........... on another note, I just watched Lawerence of Arabia last night, I am a sucker for historical films / or the subject in general.

I haven't watched the movie yet. But I've read the screenplay.

I'll be honest. 65-70 pages in, I had a headache. It was too chaotic, but more importantly - it was too much, too injudicious.

The problem I have with Aronofsky is his obsession with Christianity/the Bible. The man used to be one of my fav filmmakers but lately, he's just been someone who wants to use Christian myths and symbols in ALL of his movies.

In Mother, I don't think we're supposed to suspend disbelief. We're actually supposed to empathize and feel for Mother Earth, Mary, and the sacrifice of Jesus.

This is Rosemary's Baby redux. Aronofsky has always been obsessed with Polanski's movies. Black Swan was Repulsion meets the Tenant meets the Red Shoes. Noah was ugh. Mother, seemingly, is Rosemary's Baby meets Aronofsky's core Christian beliefs.

Don't know.

4,191 cinema screens in the UK
Some cinemas have up to 30 screenings a day
It will be on general release about 3 months
Arsenal 7 Newcastle 3
Walcott hat trick giroud brace
Arsenal 3 Newcastle 0
Koscielny
Ozil
Giroud
Arsenal 4 Newcastle 1
Giroud and cazorla brace
Arsenal 1 Newcastle 0
Koscielny
You only got the one chance to see these

I didn't mind Star Wars when I first saw it
I was rather partial to kids films being 14 and that
But despite the lure of the odeon Leicester Square
Had my mates dad got the tickets for when we were beating Ipswich thanks to a David price goal
My mate would have been solo
The dad would have had the tickets left on his hans
Wouldn't have missed Peter Simpsons last arsenal game for any galaxy no matter how far away
