That was another decent pacey counter attack. Arsenal improving.

Some half time thoughts...
won't be surprised to see Toure not appearing for the 2nd half...
attacks looking predictable with the ball to Adebayor being the greatest threat...
and we seriously need to stretch the defence even more with the defence needing a major wakeup call...

And Ade not there quick enough, shame that pass a nice cross from Cesc.

Only just about caught the last 10 mins of the 1st half, got some catching up to do, judging from a few posts ive seen we havent played too good.
:(

Lets hope for a better 2nd half.

Ok, so we improved as the game went on, but a very slow start, and punished for some sloppy defending.

The breaks are with some great pace, but the final pass is all too often short of the mark. Cesc seems to be the only one prepared to have a crack at goal, although RVP has had a couple of decent chances well saved.

As stated earlier in the thread, Ade seems a little off the pace, Toure is clearly carrying a shoulder problem, and I can't see either lasting the 90 minutes. Theo has been warming up, so I suspect he might come on early in the second half with any one of the youngsters, Vela or Ramsey, and probably Hoyte replacing Toure maybe even at half time.

Faster injections of pace when attacking, and better choice of passing will bring goals.
