Absolutely didn’t. Just saw good reviews. Shambles of a night.

Personal Shopper (2016)

Assasyas won Cannes for this movie? Just proves the Cannes' European bias - as always.

A pretentious movie that tried to go the highway and become deep, unsettling, and about the identity/existence of a person, but ended up becoming a glorified psychological drama with a whimsical murder-mystery and Kristen Stewart acting as Kristen Stewart.

PS: I like Kristen. Think her potential has never been tapped until now (except for maybe Panic Room).

Top movie. It's not porn when it's exploration and coming-of-age. :arse flag.gif:

I thought a couple of sex scenes would have been an honest, genuine movie, but there were just too many, and they were too long.

Apparently some Hollywood producer/executive. Not really sure why it's all coming out now, I guess someone has had enough. :dontknow:

Ali, directed by Michael Mann.
I've heard that website is pretty neat. It's all about tombola bingo cash transfers. It can be done with the new app. Sounds great, isn't it?

Can someone explain why most Goddamn superhero movies these days are critically acclaimed to the hilt? Especially the ones from Marvel.

Most of them bore me and are just too fancy. It's the VFX at work, yes, brilliant visuals, but I don't feel anything for the characters.

Exceptions are Spiderman and Captain America of course - for personal reasons.

I thought the opening to Guardians of the Galaxy 2 was some of the best film work I’ve seen in a decade.
