why would you wish coquelin were 23? I'm glad he's at arsenal so young and already so good. Imagine how good he can become in 6 yrs time? plus, its been proved that if you're good enough, you're old enough at arsenal.

I wish he was 23 because I believe that if he was 23 and had say, 3 years of top level experience in the French league or Champions league etc. then we wouldn't need to put either Denilson or Song in the DM position because Coquelin would be the obvious choice.
To me he already looks like a better tackler than both of them but he's too inexperienced and a bit lightweight for the Prem.

What I'm saying is, if Wenger felt he had to buy a top quality DM in the summer why the f**k did he buy one that he can't pissingwell use for 3-5 years....? :BangHead:

still cant understand why we didn't sign appaiah. maybe wenger found out he had a recessive gene or something. :dontknow:

I'm not liking the look of the injury list ahead of this one. Gallas, Sagna and Bendtner along with the long termers. Plus they are all missing for Europe as well.

Interesting to see who Wenger lines up at the back now.....

i donno about this one im findind it hard to be excited for prem games this year.. he wont play eboue at the back if he rests walcott so i reckon we could be in a bit of trouble
