Good at the start

Then terrible and then they second

Then better

Then even better in second half

Bit wobbly at 2-1 but deserved win in the end

Just re watched the first half. Confirmed everything I was talking about in one of the other threads about dominance.

0-16 we were all over them
16-22 they come back into the game but we're still comfortable
23rd min phantom penalty
23-30 Bournemouth playing well but nowhere near dominant. They create 1 good chance from open play (the one that pubber should have squared) and 1 from a set piece (when Kos flicked it on and their pubber missed a sitter) but that was it. Besides those two they didn't get into our box.
30-35 Bournemouth faux dominance. They kept the ball and were 'passing it around us'. In reality they never broke past our midfield 4, let alone got into the box.
35-48 Bournemouth never had possession in our half for longer than 15 seconds during this period. Meanwhile you can see what actual dominance looks like: every time we attacked during this period we go into their box. No fancy banter era passing about on the halfway line. We got the ball, we got into their box and we tried to shoot. The period culminates in Alexis' shot that hit the bar.

We were comfortable the whole half.

I also noticed that the Xhaka Elneny partnership actually looked a lot better in the first half when I watched it again now. Alexis looked a bit more wasteful. Theo looked like shit on second viewing

Was completely surprised. 2nd half elneny and 1st half elneny were two different players. Want to see more of 2nd half elneny

Yep me too, Sanchez must've been loving it too, he always moans at others to close down and now he finally got a buddy who can even do it in 90th min :1970_two_smileys_drinking_beer_together.gif:

Elneny and Sanchez were the only two players on any form, Giroud made a positive impact when he came on, at least with him we look like we have a plan.

Oxlade Chamberlain can just die, f***ing unreal waste of space I spent half the game shouting at the ****. My god he made my blood boil, everything was wrong.

in other news - Piccadilly line sucks

Typical Arsenal fans, you can count on them to not be classy.

Say what you want about our bottler rivals, but their fans are far classier

Three points and a slightly better performance than those of the last few weeks. We're still missing some spark in midfield though.
The West Ham game is going to be tough to win and those ahead of us in the league are looking much stronger.

Maybe i dont understand correctly, but NO other teams fans are classier than ours.
All Arsenal fans are as classy as is ever needed and we stick to our principles.

What is class ? Its something made up by a some individual person.
And to be exact, on supporting a team in football, there are only different levels of commitment ..Higher the level, the better fan you are.Thats it.
True enthusiasm, appears only on the highest level.Remember that.
