Showed some nice touches and dribbles and worked hard but cant remember any chances he had.

And hes injured

for now, i'd say we can pass over his being unselfish/lack confidence... as he produced 2 quick assists vs Ludo.... and he's not been getting minutes, so Wonga hasnt exactly boosted his confidence either..

been rooting for him and am happy with his play thus far... hope his injury isnt bad

Hope we have another easy draw. Would be nice winning this, although it's too early to predict.

on how he makes sure everyone gets enough minutes…
Look, if we stay in all the competitions, it’s not too difficult. And that’s a positive of qualifying tonight. We have always targets and the players who, for example, we have three top class goalkeepers, because you see Emi Martinez as well. But as long as we are in this competition, he obviously gets his game so they have a focus, something to focus on.

Asked to Wenger.

This, I believe, is the key. For players who aren't guaranteed starters in the Prem or the CL, the two domestic cups provide great opportunities. Let's hope they keep pushing forward.

Be nice if they looked like they wanted to earn more game time though, thought they were all quite lazy and not that interested last night.

Decent result but the game was pretty boring imo.

Was he the one who crocked Wilshere with a pretty meaty tackle to put him out for a about half a year just after he'd got fit again after a prolonged absence? Or was that McNair?
