Bit premature from him imo. He's leaving the best run club in the world and he doesn't have a CL with them. United and Chelsea are having manager problems, Wenger is getting closer to the retirement. He could have waited another year or two.

Doesn't stay at a club too long. Shown signs of stress getting to him as Jose destroyed him mentally in Spain and he ran away to USA for a year.
