The Ireland handball was brilliant. You do whatever it takes to win in football.

I pretty much spammed out, safe in the knowledge we were one up & once again Mr. Henry had performed something quite astonishing..... I know how fortunate & privileged I am to have witnessed such a thing.

No.

By the laws of the game you're not allowed to impede the keeper from playing the ball after he's handled it. Unless he puts it back on the ground.

This is why player are given yellows for standing in front of a keeper while he's trying to punt or dropkick the ball.

That said. It was silky smooth. Never touched Friedel...
This space used to be more fun...

Either that or they'll claim player x from their generation is better than Thierry.

He sure as shit deserves one. Yes, he'll have to be given one won't he? Roy Keane got one FFS!

There's even talk of Henry being given one last cap in order to say goodbye to France.

This is true. Blatantly forgot that. Hasn't fulfilled the requisite years, but I'd still give him one.

Will Rosicky get a testimonial?

If time is the yardstick then Diaby is more likely to get the testimonial than Th14. I can see Diaby finishing his career here.

Makes it all the better. People hate on Thierry for no reason, if I was anywhere near as good as him I'd sure as shit show it off as much as possible.
