Bacary Sagna's picks his #One2Eleven for Fantasy Football Club

Bacary Sagna has played almost 200 games for Arsenal and 38 times for France after starting his career at Auxerre.

This is Sagna's #One2Eleven...

GOALKEEPER - Hugo Lloris: I told him many times to come to play for Arsenal because I knew about his quality but he chose Tottenham. We are still friends but when we play it is me against him.

LEFT BACK - Gael Clichy/Patrice Evra: I used to play with him in the French national team, under-21s and now with the main French squad. Evra has been doing a great job for Manchester United for a long time now. He likes to fight and the contact so I'll pick him.

RIGHT BACK - Bacary Sagna: I have been delighted to play in the Premier League and have the opportunity to play for a great team. I am looking forward to playing even longer.

CENTRE BACK - William Gallas: He is like my older brother. He gave me a lot of advice, even now. He is a great character. He talks a lot and gives advice as he can to young plyaers because he knows that it is important. He always tells you what he thinks and he is honest.

CENTRE BACK - Kolo Toure: Again he is like a brother to me. He is doing great and he has the fighting spirit. He gives his all on the pitch and I like players with a great fighting spirit.

LEFT WING - Franck Ribery: There is nothing much to say because to me he is the best at this position. He could have won the Ballon d'Or because he won everything. Off the pitch he is a big joker, on it he is a fighter.

MIDFIELD - Cesc Fabregas: I have never seen a player with a better passing ability. Football seemed easy when I played with him. He scored many important goals and was present for our greatest moments. He scored in important games.

MIDFIELD - Lasana Diarra: He is a dog. He has a great fighting spirit. He just wants to win every ball and make other people's life more easy.

RIGHT WING - Alexander Hleb: He could dribble around everyone. He could score goals and had great skills. In training he wa one of the players who were hard to play against. He could change direction quite easily, he was quick, he could use the ball. He is a joker and that my personality as well. I like people who know how to act on the pitch but also off the pitch to active positively.

STRIKER - Thierry Henry: I used to play with him in the French national team as well. He is a legend. He still comes back to Arsenal and was training with us in the winter break. It is just great to share some time with him. It would be great if he came back to do some coaching for Arsenal becuase he loves the club and I think he has a lot to give.

STRIKER - Nicolas Anelka: I know everyone has a bad impresion of him but to me he is a great guy. To me he is an example. He is just normal. He is honest. If he does not like someone he will say. EVen on the pitch he had great behaviour. He is 35 and he is still playing football. I admire him.

Meh!

Was surprised with the CB pair, but I suppose he has only played for two clubs. Would have thought he would pick Makelele over Diarra also.

Not surprised with Hleb though, what do you reckon PG? ;)

P.S. we could have had that midfield :BangHead:

Hleb should never have left us. His career just got worse and worse afterwards.

Henry Cesc Ribery and maybe Evra are the only choices I can agree with him on.

So if he's so good, how come Hleb couldn't get into a relegated Birmingham team?

He basically picked his best mates, not his best 11.

I guess he rates the mates in his list more than his mates in our current squad..
