Apparently he cleared out his locker and said his goodbyes to some of the Emirates staff last night... Hopefully bullshit but I think it's obvious to everyone by now that he won't be an Arsenal player next season...

Arsenal's Bacary Sagna in dark over future

The Frenchman claims he has been 'teased' by his team-mates over ongoing transfer rumours linking him with PSG.

The Gunners have fixed their sights on Juventus' £12m rated right-back Stephan Lichsteiner as a replacement.

Sagna's official representative Christophe Mongai said he will have to sit tight and see what happens.

"This is not the best time to talk about Bacary's future," Mongai told Russian paper Izvestia

"He's contracted to Arsenal and the season is still not over. We'll see what happens in the summer."

Sagna made 25 Premier League appearances last season.

I'm not really fussed if he goes or stays, I like Sagna but we've had the best of him, if he stays fine if he doesn't we just get a replacement plus we have Jenkinson who's looking to break into the first team ..... we'll live.

Bac to France?

BACARY SAGNA is in limbo over signing a new contract at Arsenal.

The 30-year-old is in the final year of his current contract and could move to PSG or Monaco and end his career in France.

The full-back is currently with the French squad in Uruguay as they prepare for an international friendly in Montevideo on Wednesday.

Sagna faces stiff competition from PSG regular Christophe Jallet in the national team — and cementing his World Cup spot remains a priority.

He said: “I still haven’t extended my contract. I am talking, and I am not at a bad club either.”

Sagna arrived at the Emirates from Auxerre in 2007 and admitted he would relish a return to his homeland.

He added: “It is possible. We would have to see in which conditions and, in sporting terms, what they propose.

“I won’t just go anywhere.

“If I stay at Arsenal, I will try to have a good season, there’s a World Cup at the end of it.

“If I am to leave, it will be a new challenge.”

We're supposed to be building. It would be incredibly stupid to get rid of someone who played a huge part in our team last season. He's a quality player and we need to keep him.

I want to let him go but only if we sign a better RB

Pretty disrespectful to our best and most consistent players for the past few years. Yes, he's hardly set the world on fire this season and I've been very critical of some of his performances, but he's the kind of player we should be holding onto.

Like Massa said, let him go if we get a better replacement. But I cant see that happening, so Id rather he just stayed. RB is not a problem position for us atm but it could turn into one if we start messing about.
